NOTE: our Website Service Agreements are annual agreements that run from 2/1 to 1/31 of each year. If you purchase an agreement after 2/1 of a given calendar year, you will receive a pro-rated refund based on the number of months elapsed since 2/1 (rounded up to the nearest month).

- daily backup of your website
- 90 day backup archive
- backup includes both WordPress itself and any associated plugins and themes as well as the underlying database

Basic Website Service Agreement (2018)
Website Service Agreements$325.00The Basic Website Service Agreement includes the following:
- update WordPress and all installed plugins and themes as needed
- compatibility check to ensure that any WordPress core, plugin or theme update does not break your site
- monitor your website for security vulnerabilities and take corrective actions as needed
- 6 hours of technical service to use however you like (this alone covers the cost of the Basic Website Service Agreement)
