VPS/Dedicated Service Agreement (2025)

The VPS/Dedicated Service Agreement is for those hosting their web services on a cPanel-based “virtual private server” (VPS) or dedicated server. The VPS/Dedicated Service Agreement includes all the services of the Advanced Website Service Agreement plus:
- configuration and administration of WHM (“web hosting manager”)
- configuration and administration of cPanel
- support for other web hosting control panels provided upon request
- 25 hours of technical support
IMPORTANT
Our Website Service Agreements are generally PER DOMAIN even when multiple websites are hosted on the same webserver. As an example, say you have WordPress websites at both www.domain-one.com and www.domain-two.com; each site would require a dedicated service agreement.
Depending on the exact situation, some exceptions to this general rule are possible. If you have questions, please contact us.
NOTE
Our Website Service Agreements are annual agreements that run from 2/1 to 1/31 of each year. If you purchase an agreement after 2/1 of a given calendar year, you will receive a pro-rated refund based on the number of months elapsed since 2/1 (rounded up to the nearest month).
