The VPS/Dedicated Service Agreement is for those hosting their web services on a cPanel-based “virtual private server” (VPS) or dedicated server. The VPS/Dedicated Service Agreement includes all the services of the Advanced Website Service Agreement plus:

configuration and administration of WHM (“web hosting manager”)
configuration and administration of cPanel
support for other web hosting control panels provided upon request
25 hours of technical support

NOTE

Our Website Service Agreements are annual agreements that run from 2/1 to 1/31 of each year. If you purchase an agreement after 2/1 of a given calendar year, you will receive a pro-rated refund based on the number of months elapsed since 2/1 (rounded up to the nearest month).
