Basic Website Service Agreement (2025)

The Basic Website Service Agreement includes the following:
- update WordPress and all installed plugins and themes as needed
- compatibility check to ensure that any WordPress core, plugin or theme update does not break your site
- monthly site backup (this should be sufficient for sites without dynamic content such as posts, comments, e-commerce, etc.; for dynamic sites requiring more frequent backups, see our Basic Website + Backup Service Agreement, Basic Website + Backup + Statistics Service Agreement, or Advanced Website Service Agreement)
- 6 hours of technical service to use however you like (this alone covers the cost of the Basic Website Service Agreement)
IMPORTANT
Our Website Service Agreements are generally PER DOMAIN even when multiple websites are hosted on the same webserver. As an example, say you have WordPress websites at both www.domain-one.com and www.domain-two.com; each site would require a dedicated service agreement.
Depending on the exact situation, some exceptions to this general rule are possible. If you have questions, please contact us.
NOTE
Our Website Service Agreements are annual agreements that run from 2/1 to 1/31 of each year. If you purchase an agreement after 2/1 of a given calendar year, you will receive a pro-rated refund based on the number of months elapsed since 2/1 (rounded up to the nearest month).
