Upgraded Website Service Agreements

We have added yet more benefits for 2024:

the Advanced Website Service Agreement now includes a license for the Wordfence Premium website security plugin along with a license for the WP Rocket caching plugin.
the VPS/Dedicated Service Agreement also now includes a license for the WP Rocket caching plugin.

For 2024, we have upgraded our website service agreements:

the Basic Website Service Agreement now includes monthly backups. For static websites where content doesn’t change at all or sites where content changes slowly, monthly backups should be sufficient insurance against unforeseen loss of website data. For our customers running more dynamic websites with more frequently changed content, our Basic Website + Backup Service Agreement, Basic Website + Backup + Statistics Service Agreement, or Advanced Website Service Agreement are all available with more frequent backup schedules.
the VPS/Dedicated Service Agreement now includes a license for the Wordfence Premium website security service. Wordfence Premium offers real-time application firewall services to help prevent malicious attacks on WordPress-based websites. Wordfence is used by over 4 million websites and manages a blocklist of 25,000 to 60,000 active malicious IP addresses.

Our other website service agreements remain unchanged for 2024.
