Basic Website Service Agreement (2020)

The Basic Website Service Agreement includes the following:

• update WordPress and all installed plugins and themes as needed
• compatibility check to ensure that any WordPress core, plugin or theme update does not break your site
• 6 hours of technical service to use however you like (this alone covers the cost of the Basic Website Service Agreement)

NOTE: our Website Service Agreements are annual agreements that run from 2/1 to 1/31 of each year. If you purchase an agreement after 2/1 of a given calendar year, you will receive a pro-rated refund based on the number of months elapsed since 2/1 (rounded up to the nearest month).
