New Website: Animal Arts Academy of Pet Grooming

For over 25 years, Animal Arts Academy of Pet Grooming has been training professional groomers as well as providing services to their own clients. Animal Arts Academy has a long record of training top-notch groomers who have gone on to open their own grooming businesses throughout the state. One of their graduates, Kristie Stewart/Humphrey recently took over the business and is shepherding it through it’s next few decades of success.

Part of that dedication to excellence extended to updating the Animal Arts Academy web presence. The old website was built using the proprietary (and expensive) tools of their previous web hosting provider. The result wasn’t particularly user friendly nor did it have good aesthetics.

Cardinal Acres Web Development created an entirely new website based on WordPress (of course!) which ensured that the website would have a consistent look across all pages of the site. Since only basic functionality was required, only a handful of plugins were needed to extend the standard capabilities of WordPress. In addition, web hosting was transferred to A Small Orange which saved nearly 400% on Animal Arts Academy web hosting expenses!

To add the finishing touch to the website, Cardinal Acres Photography added several photos of Animal Arts Academy client’s dogs for use in the homepage “slider”.
