    VPS/Dedicated Service Agreement (2024)

    The VPS/Dedicated Service Agreement is for those hosting their web services on a cPanel-based "virtual private server" (VPS) or dedicated server. The VPS/Dedicated Service Agreement includes all the services of the Advanced Website Service Agreement plus:
    • configuration and administration of WHM ("web hosting manager")
    • configuration and administration of cPanel
    • 25 hours of technical support
    NOTE: our Website Service Agreements are annual agreements that run from 2/1 to 1/31 of each year. If you purchase an agreement after 2/1 of a given calendar year, you will receive a pro-rated refund based on the number of months elapsed since 2/1 (rounded up to the nearest month).
