Includes all the services of the Basic Website Service Agreement, Basic Website + Backup Service Agreement and Basic Website + Statistics Service Agreement plus:

• hourly backups of your website
• online access to customizable statistics package
• monitor your website statistics and provide monthly reports
• monitor your website uptime and provide monthly reports
• monitor your website for security vulnerabilities, take corrective actions as needed and provide monthly reports
• monitor your website SEO ranking and provide monthly reports
• manage your website performance and provide monthly reports
• moderate your website comments for spam
• 12 hours of technical service to use however you like

NOTE: our Website Service Agreements are annual agreements that run from 2/1 to 1/31 of each year. If you purchase an agreement after 2/1 of a given calendar year, you will receive a pro-rated refund based on the number of months elapsed since 2/1 (rounded up to the nearest month).
